A maintenance window is a period of time designated in advance by the Planbox technical staff, during which preventive maintenance that could cause disruption of service may be performed.
The Planbox Work maintenance windows are:
Mondays between 1am and 2am (GMT) *
Thursdays between 1pm and 3pm (GMT) **
Updates and fixes may be conducted outside of these hours if deemed necessary, in such a case you should receive a notification email.
* This is the equivalent of between 9pm and 10pm New York time
** This is the equivalent of between 9am and 11am New York time
