Yes. To change your email, access your profile page when you are logged in by clicking on your name on the upper right hand corner of the page.
Then simply edit the email and change it to the new email. If you try to change your email to one that already exists you will see an error message:
IMPORTANT: The email change is immediate and no confirmation or verification email is sent. Please be very careful before you make the change and take a note of your new email address.
Changing your email address has no other impact and will not change any other account settings or permissions.
