When you invite someone to an organization, they become a member of the organization, but they do not (yet) have access to initiatives/projects/items/tasks.

Before inviting someone, make sure that you are the owner of the organization or that you have the "Manager" permission.


Inviting to Organizations

  1. Go to the "Members" section of the organization settings
  2. Click on the top right button "Invite members"
  3. The individual(s) you invited will receive an email with a link called "Accept the invitation and join Planbox". They need to click this link in order to accept the invitation.
  4. The invites user will be prompted to choose a password and confirm it.
