When you invite someone to an organization, they become a member of the organization, but they do not (yet) have access to initiatives/projects/items/tasks.
Before inviting someone, make sure that you are the owner of the organization or that you have the "Manager" permission.
Inviting to Organizations
- Go to the "Members" section of the organization settings.
- Click on the top right button "Invite members"
- The individual(s) you invited will receive an email with a link called "Accept the invitation and join Planbox". They need to click this link in order to accept the invitation.
- The invites user will be prompted to choose a password and confirm it.
