You may want to invite people to specific project so that they will only see items in projects that they are part of.
As part of the invitation process, you will choose whether the user has "Worker" or "Observer" permission. For more details on this permission level, click here.
Inviting to projects
- To invite someone to a project, go to "initiative settings".
- Select "Projects" in the menu on the left.
- Select a project from the list (the one where you want to invite someone).
- Click on the "Invite members" button (top right).
