?Planbox is a software-as-a-service (SaaS), you can access Planbox through the Internet on browsers like Google's Chrome, Mozilla's Firefox, Internet Explorer and Apple's Safari.
We recommend using Google Chrome. It is fast and automatically keeps itself up to date. We also support the current versions of Safari and Firefox. The application has also been tested on Internet Explorer browser (IE 9+).
If you encounter any unexpected bugs, poor performance or instability verify if your organization is using an older version of Internet Explorer (IE 9 or prior). The issue may be resolved if you install the latest version of IE.? If you're having issues while using the later versions of Internet Explorer (or any other browser), please verify that the issue also exists in one of the other browsers that we recommend. We will do our best to resolve any browser related issues you report using our support portal.
