When an item is complete, Planbox gives you additional reviewing steps. These are:
- Verified: You, a manager or QA can verify the item is completed and works.
- Accept/Reject: You can accept or reject the item and comment as to why. People assigned to the item will be notified.
- Release: In software development, you can release an item to production.
Note that reviewing items is completely optional.
Email notifications can be received for all or some of these events. Click on your name (top navigation) and then Profile Settings to setup email notifications.
