Changes your colleagues make to Planbox are updated in real time on your screen. Well, almost in real time. Updates occur every 10 seconds or so. That way, what you and your colleagues see are always in sync.
To communicate with your colleagues, we encourage you to use the Comments feature. When you write a comment, your colleagues are notified immediately through email and in Planbox. It's a great way to also document and clarify an item and keep that all in the same place.
