The SnapEngage integration can be turned on per initiative.

You will need to change settings in Planbox and Snapengage.


In Planbox

  1. Navigate to the Initiative Settings page
  2. Select "Integrations" from the left menu
  3. In the Snapengage section, check the box "View and link feedback to items"
  4. Once activated Planbox will accept POST events from SnapEngage.

In SnapEngage

  1. ?Click on "Widget"
  2. Click on "Integrations"
  3. Pick Open API 
  4. In the post event URL input, paste the link below. (replace <token> by your API Initiative Token.)
  5. https://www.planbox.com/api/snapengage_create_feedback?token=<token>
  6. If you still want to receive emails, click on Avanced and make sure the checkboxes are selected. Now click on Save.

From here on, anytime one of your users uses SnapEngage, new cases will appear in the User Feedback tile of Planbox.
