Planbox offers seamless integration with SnapEngage; live chat. This integration allows you to view new SnapEngage cases (email or chat transcripts) inside Planbox, and to create new items from them.

SnapEngage Cases in Planbox

Once activated, you will see a new tile on the Work page called User Feedback. When a new case is created in SnapEngage (either through an email or chat), a new user feedback is automatically created. Click on the tile to open User Feedback. There are listed all SnapEngage cases.

From here, you can either create a new item from the SnapEngage case, or delete it (this deletes the reference Planbox has to the case). You can even link a feedback to an item. To do so, simply drag and drop the feedback.
