Your Planbox account is tied to your email. If you ever change email (e.g. you leave your employer), you can change that in Planbox on the Profile Settings page.

The initiatives, projects, items, tasks and files you have collaborated on belong to the organization they are related to. You will be able to view/edit this information as long as the organization's administrator has granted you access.
